Visualize a Nonsmoker

When you're working on quit smoking hypnosis, visualize yourself as a nonsmoker in situations where you are used to smoking. See yourself declining a cigarette, enjoying the fresh smoke-free air, taking a deep breath and feeling the fresh air invigorating your lungs.
